Revenio Group Corporation: Increased number of shares entered into trade register

INCREASED NUMBER OF SHARES ENTERED INTO TRADE REGISTER

Total of 16,335 new share subscriptions based on the company's 2015C stock options approved by the Board of Directors of Revenio Group Corporation on March 3, 2021, have been entered into the trade register today. The share subscription price under 2015C option rights was 12.48 EUR per share. The subscription period for 2015C options is May 31, 2019 – May 31, 2021.

After these subscriptions, the number of Revenio Group Corporation's shares and votes will rise to 26,675,287. The subscription price of the shares is recorded in their entirety in the reserve for invested unrestricted equity.

Revenio Group Corporation has applied for the listing of its new shares on the Nasdaq Helsinki in the same series as the company's existing shares. According to the current estimate, the new shares will be listed on March 15, 2021.
