Grant of LTIP Share Options
Restore plc (AIM: RST), the UK's leading provider of secure and sustainable business services for data, information, communications and assets, announces that on 8 April 2026, Charles Skinner, Chief Executive Officer, and Dan Baker, Chief Financial Officer, were granted (respectively) 367,035 and 269,652 nil-cost options over ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the capital of the Company (the "Ordinary Shares") under the existing Restore plc Long Term Incentive Plan (the "LTIP"). These LTIP options will vest on 8 April 2029, subject to the achievement of performance conditions, with the vested awards being subject to a post-vesting holding period of six months for 50% of the vested shares and twelve months for the remaining 50%.
Following the above award, Charles Skinner's and Dan Baker's beneficial interests in the Company are set out below:
