The Restaurant Group plc (the "Company") announces that Alison Digges, an Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company, has informed the Board of her decision to step down as a Director with effect from 2 January 2023. Alison joined the Board on 1 January 2020 and is currently a member of the Audit, Nomination and Remuneration Committees.
