Dear Sir/ Madam,
With reference to our intimation dated May 04, 2026 regarding Change in Management i.e. "Appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of the Company" pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby submit revised disclosure in compliance with the said provisions and SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/CFD/PoD2/CIR/P/0155 dated November 11, 2024.
Accordingly, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on Monday, May 04, 2026 appointed Mr. Jayesh Jain as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the Company w.e.f. 04.05.2026.
Further, he has been authorized for the purpose of determining the materiality of any event or information and making disclosures to the Stock Exchanges under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
The details as required under SEBI LODR Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 is annexed herewith as Annexure-A.
