Resources & Energy Group Limited (ASX: REZ) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Resources & Energy Group Limited (‘REZ’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of REZ, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 1 November 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Resources & Energy Group Limited (ASX: REZ) – Request for trading halt
Pursuant to listing rule 17.1, Resources & Energy Group Limited requests that an immediate trading halt be granted with respect to REZ’s ordinary shares from today, Thursday, 28 October 2021.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, REZ provides the following information:

The trading halt is requested pending an announcement by REZ to the market in connection with a capital raising;

REZ requests a trading halt until opening of trading on Monday 1 November 2021 unless, before that time, REZ makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising or requests that the trading halt be lifted; and
-
REZ is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
