Kidman Resources Limited (ASX: KDR) (“Kidman” or the “Company”) advises that further to the ASX Announcement dated 21 December 2016, the Company and Resources & Energy Group Limited (ASX: REZ) have been continuing discussions in relation to the proposed Sale of the Burbanks Mine with a view to reaching a mutually acceptable outcome. However, the transaction is unlikely to proceed under the original terms and the Company is continuing discussions along with other interested parties to progress a potential transaction.
