Resources & Energy Group Limited (ASX: REZ) refers to its announcement to the ASX dated 22 November 2016 in respect of the acquisition of the Burbanks Mine by REZ from Kidman Resources Limited (ASX:KDR).

REZ and KDR have agreed to extend the due diligence period until January 2017.
