6.1 Includes a payment of $300,000 as approved by Shareholders at the General Meeting prior to admission in recognition of their effort and time spent in preparing for the IPO, the Company agreed to pay $100,000 in cash bonuses to each of Messrs Green, Myers and Lewis (being a total of $300,000), in acknowledgement of the significantly increased risk accepted by the Directors and the significantly increased amount of work needed during this time.
The balance of payments relates to fees for Directors and payments made under the Executive Services Agreements with the CEO and CFO's.
