COMPLETION OF CONSOLIDATION OF CAPITAL
Resolution Minerals Ltd ( RML or Company ) (ASX: RML ) advises that the consolidation of capital approved by shareholder at the Company’s 2024 Annual General Meeting on 29 November 2024, has been completed.
The Company’s post consolidation capital structure is as follows:
