RAB drilling program 1400m traverse

Drilling completed April 2021

  • Targeting outcropping Fort Knox style mineral system to test scale - highlighted in 2020 trenching program

  • Using existing RML tracks, next to Pogo Mine Road - all year access

Fort Knox Mine Fairbanks, produced 237,925oz Au 2020*

  • 0.1g/t Au cut off grade, US$1,054 oz/Au Production cost

  • Drilling Results

  • Confirm the presence of thick intervals of Fort Knox style mineralisation in a 280m wide gold mineralised corridor open at depth and to the north and south

  • Hole: 21SU009

RAB drilling completed April Sunrise Prospect 64North Project Alaska Illustrative 3D diagram: gold soil anomaly target

  • 74.7m @ 0.26 g/t Au (entire hole) from surface

  • • Hole: 21SU007

  • 36.6m @ 0.33 g/t Au from surface

Other potential Fort Knox style intrusive targets have now been recognised near the Pogo Mine road , proximal to the Sunrise Prospect. Ground appraisal of the Sunrise Prospect and surrounding prospects is underway . Further drilling, trenching and geophysics are under consideration.

Wollogorang Project (Cu, Co, U)

  • 40 conductors identified in recent VTEM geophysical survey highlighting the sediment hosted copper potential of the project

  • Drill targets at the Gregjo Copper Prospect to test chargeable IP geophysical anomaly underlying copper mineralisation intersected in shallow RAB drilling - up to 4% Cu

  • Covering 3825km[2] in the McArthur Basin prospective for sedimentary hosted battery metals: copper, cobalt and prospective for hard rock uranium. 100% owned

  • Stanton Cobalt Deposit (942kt @ 0.13% Co, 0.06% Ni, 0.12% Cu)

  • Wollogorang is positioned on Geoscience Australia’s newly identified base metal corridor - (Hoggard et al 2020)

  • Previous exploration focussed on discrete breccia pipes, which demonstrated the presence of copper and cobalt in the system. However, these breccia pipes were not of sufficient scale to warrant further attention on RML’s tenements. Resolution’s new approach is to use modern VTEM geophysics to identify large scale sediment-hosted stratiform copper mineralisation in reductive host rocks / “trap sites”

Benmara Project (option to acquire100%)

  • Complementary to Wollogorang covering 663km[2] along-strike from the Walford Creek Cu-Ag-Pb-Zn-Co and Westmoreland U Deposits on the Fish River Fault

  • Anomalous Copper-Silver-Lead-Zinc in surface geochem, potential for IOCG and Uranium

Major and mid-tier companies exploring in the region include South32, Rio Tinto, BHP, Newcrest and OZ Minerals and world class deposits in production e.g.McArthur River Mine

THE WOLLOGORANG PROJECT – COPPER POTENTIAL

Sediment-hosted stratiform copper potential

  • Pre-liminary results from a recent VTEM geophysics survey identified 40 conductors highlighting the copper potential of the Wollogorang Project, NT.

==> picture [112 x 84] intentionally omitted <==

  • VTEM surveys can detect sub-surface conductive bodies to 400m such as massive base metal sulfides directly and other potential trap sites for base metals.

  • Prioritisation of drilling targets with modelling of VTEM results is underway.

  • Drilling is planned for late August on VTEM targets and the Gregjo Prospect, rescheduled to allow for extra track preparation and permitting, (subject to rig availability).

2021 EXPLORATION STRATEGY AND NEWS FLOW

==> picture [70 x 71] intentionally omitted <==

Goals for 2021 – Test three of Resolution’s best existing prospects

  1. Drill test highest priority gold (2) and copper (1) drill ready prospects in Alaska & Northern Territory

  2. Generate further drill targets on Northern Territory projects – e.g. VTEM geophysics surveys

  3. Provide significant news flow to investors, maximise $ in the ground, diligent on ground work and targetingAssays Pending Then: >>> Focus further drilling on the best opportunity to add shareholder value - based on results

==> picture [284 x 302] intentionally omitted <==

  • Extensive RML geophysics surveys (US$400K) in 2020 (ground-based CSAMT, airborne ZTEM and MAG surveys) identified compelling drill targets for summer 2021 season

  • Combined Historic Data review with on ground mapping

  • • Identification of a low angle shear Pogo-style targets within range of low cost RAB drilling

  • RC program ~12 holes (50-194m depth) were completed to evaluate the potential of East Pogo to host high-grade gold mineralisation near surface.
