Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX: RML) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Resolution Minerals Ltd ('RML') will be halted at the request of RML, pending the release of an announcement by RML.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 23 April 2026; or
• the release of the announcement to the market.

RML’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Resolution Minerals – Request for Trading Halt

Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX: RML; OTCQB: RLMLF) (Resolution or the Company)) hereby requests that ASX Limited (ASX) halt the trading of Resolution securities with effect prior to the commencement of trading today, 21 April 2026.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

1. Resolution requests the trading halt pending a release regarding a material capital raise.

2. Resolution requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:
   a. such time as Resolution makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raise; or
   b. the commencement of trading on Thursday 23 April 2026;

3. Resolution expects that the trading halt will be ended by the announcement referred to in paragraph 2(a) being made to the ASX;

4. Resolution is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted; and

5. Resolution is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
