Description

The securities of Resolution Minerals Ltd (‘RML’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RML, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 13 March 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Resolution Minerals – Request for Trading Halt

Resolution Minerals Ltd ( RML, Resolution or Company ) (ASX: RML ) hereby requests that ASX Limited ( ASX ) halt the trading of Resolution securities with effect prior to the commencement of trading today, 11 March 2025.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1:

1. Resolution requests the trading halt for the purpose of considering and executing a proposed capital raising;

2. Resolution requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of:

   • (a) such time as Resolution makes an announcement to the market in relation to the capital raising; or

   • (b) the commencement of trading on Thursday 13 March 2025;

3. Resolution expects that the trading halt will be ended by the announcement referred to in paragraph 2(a) being made to the ASX; and

4. Resolution is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
