COMPLETION OF BONUS OPTION ENTITLEMENT OFFER

Resolution Minerals Ltd ( RML or Company ) (ASX: RML ) advises that the Company has completed the pro-rata non-renounceable entitlement issue as announced on 5 February 2025 for nil consideration ( Bonus Option Offer ).

The Entitlement Offer was offered on the basis of one (1) option ( Bonus Option ) for every eight (8) Shares held, exercisable at $0.018 (1.8 cents) with an Expiry of 31 July 2028.

The Company has issued 37,209,933 Bonus Options under the Entitlement Offer and will issue a further 157,500,002 New Options in the same class. Total of 194,709,941 RMLOC options issued.

The Company is seeking quotation for the New Options as a new class of quoted security. This announcement includes the distribution schedule and top 20 option holders in this new class of quoted security.
