RELEASE OF VOLUNTARY ESCROWED SHARES

Resolution Minerals Ltd ( RML or Company ) (ASX: RML ) advises that, in accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, 7,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares will be released from voluntary escrow and tradable on 2 April 2023.

These shares relate to the 2022 acquisition of the Carrara Range Battery Metal Project as per ASX release of 4 February 2022.
