Description

The securities of Resolution Minerals Ltd (‘RML’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of RML, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 27 April 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Resolution Minerals Ltd – Request for Trading Halt

Resolution Minerals Ltd ( Company ) (ASX: RML) requests a trading halt to be placed on its securities immediately.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

• (a) the trading halt is requested pending the release of an announcement in relation to a capital raise;

• (b) the Company requests that securities remain in trading halt until the earlier of the announcement to the market of the capital raising or the commencement of trade on Thursday 27 April 2023; and

• (c) the Company is not aware of any reasons why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
