SPP OPTIONS PROSPECTUS CLOSING TOMORROW
Resolution Minerals Ltd ( Resolution or Company ) (ASX: RML) advises that investors eligible to receive unquoted options, attaching to shares issued under the Company’s Share Purchase Plan (SPP), must lodge their personalised acceptance forms by tomorrow . Participants in the SPP are entitled to apply for unquoted options with an exercise price of $0.03 and expiry of 15 December 2023 ( Options ) on the basis of one (1) Attaching Option for every two (2) Shares issued to them pursuant to the SPP.
The Options are offered for nil consideration to eligible SPP participants and require an application form to be completed to receive the free Options.
Forms have been e-mailed or sent via post. Replacement forms can be requested by calling the share registry, Automic, on 1300 288 664 or e-mailing the registry at [email protected].

Posted to: Posted forms will not reach the registry ahead of the due date.
The offer is closing on Wednesday 15 December and participants must ensure that completed forms are received by Automic no later than tomorrow.
