ISSUE OF SHARES ON EARLY EXERCISE OF UNQUOTED OPTIONS

Resolution Minerals Ltd (RML or the Company) (ASX:RML) advises that it has issued 700,000 fully paid ordinary shares on early exercise of unquoted options at an exercise price of $0.06 per share, for total proceeds of $42,000.

The options have been exercised well ahead of their expiry on 30 November 2022 and staged increase in exercise price on 30 November 2020.

The ASX required regulatory Appendix 3G and Appendix 2A and cleansing notice follow this announcement.
