SPP OPTIONS PROSPECTUS CLOSING TODAY

Resolution Minerals Ltd ( RML, Resolution or Company ) advises that investors eligible to receive Quoted Options (ASX: RMLOB ), attaching to shares issued under the Company’s Share Purchase Plan (SPP), must lodge their personalised acceptance forms today . Participants in the SPP are entitled to apply for quoted options with an exercise price of $0.12 and expiry of 30 September 2023 ( Options ) on the basis of one (1) Attaching Option for every one (1) Share issued to them pursuant to the SPP.

The Options are offered for nil consideration to eligible participants and require an application form to be completed.

Forms have been e-mailed or sent via post. Replacement forms can be requested by calling the share registry, Automic, on 1300 288 664 or e-mailing the registry at placements@automicgroup.com.au .

Posted to: Posted forms will not reach the registry ahead of the due date.

The offer is closing today and participants must ensure that completed forms are received by Automic today.
