DIRECTOR RESIGNATION
Resolution Minerals Ltd (ASX: RML) ( Resolution or the Company ) wishes to advise that, with the appointment of incoming Managing Director Mr Chris McFadden, Executive Director Corporate Development, Mark Holcombe, has resigned as a director and his executive role, to focus on other business effective immediately.
