ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

As a result of the exercise of unlisted options, Resolute Mining has issued and allotted 40,000 fully paid ordinary shares at an average issue price of $1.33 per share.

In addition, as a result of the Company’s current pro-rata renounceable rights issue offer, the exercise price of the remaining 1,175,000 employee options has been reduced by 15 cents (in accordance with the requirements of the Resolute Mining Employee Share Option Plan).

Please find attached a copy of the Appendix 3B relating to the issue of these ordinary shares.

Quotation agreement

  • 1 +Quotation of our additional +securities is in ASX’s absolute discretion. ASX may quote the[+] securities on any conditions it decides.
