EXERCISE OF OPTIONS

As a result of the exercise of options, Resolute Mining has issued and allotted 604,321 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of 80 cents each.

Please find attached a copy of the Appendix 3B relating to the issue of these ordinary shares.

Quotation agreement
