Resolute Mining Limited (ASX/LSE: RSG) advises that Credit Suisse Holdings (Australia) Limited (on behalf of Credit Suisse Group AG and its affiliates) ("Credit Suisse") has issued a Form 603 to the Australian Securities Exchange.

The Form 603 titled "Notice of initial substantial holder" indicates that Credit Suisse now holds 48,031,468 common stock or 5.32% of total common stock.
