ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

NOTICE OF CHANGE IN SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING IN GALLERY GOLD

As a result of the recently implemented Scheme of Arrangement between Gallery Gold Limited ("Gallery") and Spinifex Gold Limited ("Spinifex"). Gallery has issued 2.4 Gallery shares to Resolute Mining for every Spinifex share held. As a result, Resolute Mining has been issued an additional 12,000,000 shares in Gallery and currently owns 11.9% of the merged Gallery/Spinifex group.

Attached is the Resolute Mining substantial Shareholder notice.
