In accordance with a resolution passed by shareholders at Resolute Mining Limited’s (ASX: RSG) Annual General Meeting today, the Company has issued 1,225,455 Resolute Mining Limited Performance Rights.

Attached is a copy of the Appendix 3B containing full details of this issue and a Change of Director’s Interest Notice (Appendix 3Y).

Quotation agreement
