ASX ANNOUNCEMENT
HOLDING STATEMENTS DISPATCHED
Pursuant to the capital raising announcement on 2 January 2009, holding statements for the Resolute Mining Limited Convertible Notes (ASX: RSGG) and Resolute Mining Limited Options (ASX: RSGO) have been dispatched today.
A total of 63,039,444 Options (relating to this capital raising) have been issued to date. This comprises 1,528,127 Options issued pursuant to the rights issue offer, 27,904,157 Options issued pursuant to the Convertible Note offer and 33,607,160 Options issued to those investors who provided firm commitments to participate in the capital raising.
