ASX ANNOUNCEMENT

ADDITIONAL SHARE PLACEMENT

Resolute Mining Limited is pleased to advise that it has raised a further $3.0 million through the placement of shares not taken up under the recent rights issue prospectus.

A total of 7.5 million shares, with a one for three attaching option, at an issue price of 40 cents each have been placed with clients of Paterson Securities Limited.

This placement brings the capital raising to an end with a total amount of $63.7m raised.
