The securities of Resolute Mining Limited (the "Company") will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement.

VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION REQUEST
Resolute Mining Limited ("Company") requests a voluntary suspension of its securities effective immediately pending an announcement by the Company.
The voluntary suspension is being requested in order to finalise a capital raising. The Company has received good support for this capital raising and the voluntary suspension is expected to come to an end when the Company announces full details shortly.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
