The securities of Resolute Mining Limited (the "Company") will be suspended from quotation immediately, at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement concerning a proposed capital raising.

VOLUNTARY SUSPENSION REQUEST

Resolute Mining Limited ("Company") requests a voluntary suspension of its securities effective immediately pending an announcement by the Company.

The voluntary suspension is being requested in order to finalise a capital raising. It is requested that the voluntary suspension continue until the earlier of two trading days from the receipt of this letter or when a market release is made by the Company. The voluntary suspension is expected to come to an end when the Company announces details of the proposed capital raising.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted.
