Dear Shareholder,
The Annual General Meeting (Meeting) of shareholders of Resolute Mining Limited (ACN 097 088 689) ( Company ) will be held at 3.00pm (AWST) on Friday, 20 May 2022 at Level 2, Australia Place, 15-17 William Street, Perth, Western Australia.
In accordance with section 253RA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), the Company will not be sending hard copies of the Notice of Annual General Meeting to shareholders unless a shareholder has requested a hard copy. The Notice of Annual General Meeting can be viewed and downloaded from the Company’s website at www.rml.com.au or ASX at www2.asx.com.au .
You may vote by attending the Meeting in person (at the time, date and place set out above), by proxy or by appointing an authorised representative.
Annual General Meeting – Notice and Proxy Form
The Company strongly encourages shareholders to lodge a directed proxy form prior to the Meeting. In order to receive electronic communications from the Company in the future, please update your shareholder details at www.investorvote.com.au and log in with your unique shareholder identification number and postcode (or country for overseas residents), where you can find on your enclosed personalised proxy form. Once logged in you can also lodge your proxy vote online by clicking on the “Vote” tab.
In Australia, your proxy form must be received by 3.00pm (AWST) on Wednesday, 18 May 2022, being not less than 48 hours before the commencement of the Meeting. Any proxy forms received after that time will not be valid for the Meeting. In the United Kingdom, your CREST Voting Instruction or Form of Instruction must be received by the Company’s agent (Computershare Investor Services PLC) no later than 3.00pm (BST) on Monday, 16 May 2022.
Shareholders are encouraged to submit questions in advance of the Meeting by email to the Company Secretary at [email protected].

If COVID-19 social distancing restrictions change prior to the Meeting, the Company will advise via an ASX announcement as to any changes in the manner in which the Meeting will be held and as to whether shareholders will still be able to attend in person and participate in the usual way.
