RESMED TO WEBCAST SECOND QUARTER 2007 EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL

Sydney, Australia, January 24, 2007 -- RESMED INC. (ASX: RMD), announced today that on Wednesday, February 7, 2007, it will release its second quarter 2007 earnings for the period ended December 31, 2006. ResMed will issue an earnings press release after 8:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) and will host a conference call to review its quarterly results, market trends. and future outlook.
