RESMED TO WEBCAST FOURTH QUARTER AND FISCAL YEAR END EARNINGS CONFERENCE CALL

Sydney, Australia, July 20, 2007 -- ResMed Inc. (ASX: RMD), announced today that on Wednesday, August 8, 2007, it will release its fourth quarter and fiscal year end earnings for the period ended June 30, 2007. ResMed will issue an earnings press release after 6:00 a.m. Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) and will host a conference call to review its quarterly results, market trends, and future outlook.
