Zarząd Resbud SE z siedzibą w Tallinie informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym zakończona została emisji akcji uchwalona w dniu 31 maja 2019 roku. W ramach przeprowadzonej emisji spółka zawarła umowy subskrypcyjne dotyczące objęcia 5.100.000 sztuk akcji nowej emisji.

Kolejnym krokiem w procesie emisji będzie przeniesienie wkładów, za które będą obejmowane akcje nowej emisji. Po nabyciu wkładów przez emitenta, spółka wystąpi z wnioskami o wpis do rejestru handlowego.

Niniejszy raport stanowi aktualizację informacji przekazanej w raporcie bieżącym numer 36/2019 z dnia 18 sierpnia 2019 roku.

The Management Board of Resbud SE, seated in Tallinn, informs that today the issuance of shares adopted on 31 May 2019 has been completed. In the framework of the issue, the company concluded subscription agreements for the 5.100.000 of new shares.

The next step in the emissions process will be to transfer the contributions for which the new shares will be covered. After the acquisition of contributions by the issuer, the company will request the application for entry into the commercial register.

This report updates the information provided in the current report number 36/2019 dated of 18 August 2019.
