Zarząd RESBUD SE z siedzibą w Tallinie informuje, że w dniu 25 lutego 2020 roku zawarł aneks do umowy dotyczącej kompensaty należności 1/01/2020 zawartej pierwotnie w dniu 14 stycznia 2020 roku. Drugą strona umowy jest znaczący akcjonariusz emitent AP ENERGOBAU OÜ z siedzibą w Tallinie.

Niniejszy raport stanowi aktualizację informacji na temat znaczących należności emitenta, przekazanych w raportach bieżących numer 5/2019, 7/2019 i 8/2019, 26/2019, 31/2019, 41/2019 oraz 3/2020

Zgodnie z zawartym aneksem, pozostała do zapłaty na rzecz AP ENERGOBAU OÜ z siedzibą w Tallinie kwota 101.733,68 EURO zostanie zapłacona przez emitenta do dnia 31 grudnia 2021 roku. Strony ustaliły odsetki umowne w wysokości 4 % rocznie.

The Management Board of RESBUD SE seated in Tallinn informs, that on 25 February 2020 it concluded an annex to debt compensation agreement 1/01/2020 originally concluded on 14 January 2020. The other party of the agreement is a major shareholder of the issuer AP ENERGOBAU OÜ, seated in Tallinn.

This report is an update of the information on the issuer's significant receivables reported in the current reports 5/2019, 7/2019 i 8/2019, 26/2019, 31/2019, 41/2019 and 3/2020.

According to the annex, the remaining amount of EUR 101,733.68 to AP ENERGOBAU OÜ, seated in Tallinn, will be paid by the issuer by 31 December 2021. The parties fixed contractual interest of 4 % per year.
