The Company reports that the employment of Robert A. Maruster, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer, terminated on May 27, 2016 for health related reasons. This will be treated as a termination without cause under the Company’s Executive Separation Policy.

The Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Donald W. Slager, has assumed the responsibilities of the principal operating executive. The two Executive Vice Presidents, Operations, Jon Vander Ark and Timothy Stuart, now report directly to Mr. Slager.
