Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Repro India Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, May 10, 2024 to consider and approve the Annual Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) along with the Auditors Report for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024.
Further, pursuant to the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company as intimated vide our letter dated March 27, 2024 has been closed for all the Directors/KMPs/Designated Employees/Connected Persons from April 01, 2024 for publication of financial results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2024 and shall remain closed till the end of 48 hours after the said Financial Results are declared and submitted to the Stock Exchanges.
