With profound sadness and regret, we would like to inform about sudden demise of Mr. Alyque Padamsee, Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company on November 17, 2018.

Mr. Alyque Padamsee was associated with the Company since May, 1994 and was also a member / chairman of various Cornrnitt�es of the Soard. A Padmashri awardee for his contributions to the field of advertising and theatre, Mr. Padamsee had a rich background in the areas of advertising, theatre and public services.

The Company has immensely benefited from Mr. Padamsee's vision, guidance and support during his tenure. The Board of Directors and Employees of Repro India Limited deeply mourn this irreparable loss.
