Mr. Dushyant Mehta is not related to any of the Directors or other Key Managerial Personnel or Promoters of the Company.

Brief Profile of Mr. Dushyant Mehta:

Dushyant Mehta has over 25 years of experience in marketing, advertising and sales with a focus on brand building, strategy and account planning Having maJored in marketing during his MBA. Mr. Mehta has launched and built several FMCG and media brands at a national level In his previous assignments, he headed Contract Advertising and Lintas in Mumbai; he also led the strategic and account planning team at Clarion Advertising. He has helped build the multi•mill1on dollar brand Cello. He has also conceptualized and launched national programmes hke the Bournvita Quiz Contest, Soy Cello nor Hello! amongst others.

As a long time member of lhe advertising fraternity, Mr. Mehta has served on the jury for lhe prestigious ABBY Awards and also taken sessions on Management at various institutions He also founded and ,s the Chairman of Quad rum Solutions, a uniquely positioned content company with global clients.
