Sub: Intimation regarding appointment of Statutory Auditors of the Company in pursuance to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“Listing Regulations”).

This has reference to our letter dated August 14, 2020 intimating about the resignation by the M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants as Statutory Auditors of the Company.

We wish to inform that the Audit Committee and Board of the Company in its meeting held on September 14, 2020, have recommended appointment of M/s. MSKA & Associates, Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Registration No. 105047W), as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a term of five years, for approval of the Members of the Company in the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. Said appointment is pursuant to applicable provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015.
