REPLY S.p.A.: Company Events 2026 Calendar
According to the Italian Stock Exchange Regulation, Reply S.p.A. has defined the following company events calendar for the year 2026:
Thursday March 12 Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the draft separate and
consolidated financial statements for the year ended 31 December
2025;
Friday May 15 Board of Directors meeting for the approval of the Interim
Management Statements for the period ended 31 March 2026;
Thursday July 30 Board of Directors meeting for the approval of Half Year Financial
Report for the period ended 30 June 2026;
Thursday November 12 Board of Directors for the approval of the Interim Management
Statements for the period ended 30 September 2026.
The Shareholders' Meeting called to approve the separate financial statements as of 31 December 2025 will be held on 23rd April 2026 on a single call.
Any changes to the above schedule will be communicated promptly.
