COMUNICATO STAMPA
Ammissione Idem e dividendi
In conformità a quanto prescritto dalle Istruzioni al Regolamento dei Mercati Organizzati e Gestiti da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. (IA2.1.3, c1 e IA2.1.3, c4), Reply S.p.A. comunica che il mese previsto per il pagamento dell'eventuale dividendo relativo ai risultati dell'esercizio 2021 è maggio 2022.
Reply S.p.A. sottolinea che nessuna decisione è stata presa in merito all'eventuale distribuzione del dividendo e al suo pagamento; tali decisioni sono rimesse alla competenza esclusiva dell'assemblea degli Azionisti, che sarà convocata per il mese di aprile 2022 per l'approvazione del bilancio dell'esercizio che si è chiuso il 31 dicembre 2021.
La presente comunicazione è resa per adempiere a quanto prescritto da Borsa Italiana S.p.A. e non può essere interpretata in alcun modo come una previsione in ordine alla sussistenza dei presupposti per la distribuzione di dividendi relativi all'esercizio in corso e ad esercizi futuri.

Admission to Idem and dividends
Reply S.p.A. - pursuant to the reporting obligations set forth in the Instructions to the Rules of the Markets Organized and Managed by Borsa Italiana (IA2.1.3, c1 e IA2.1.3, c4) - informs that May 2022 is the month in which the dividend, if any, related to 2021 results, is expected to be paid.
Reply S.p.A. underlines that no decision has been adopted so far on the potential distribution of a dividend or its payment being any decision on such matters within the exclusive competence of the shareholders' meeting that will be called in April 2022 to approve the financial statements as of December 31, 2021.
