Redemption of DEBENTURE STOCK and cancellation of listing

5% Debenture Stock issued by the Company on 30 June 1898 (the "Debenture Stock")

On 27 January 2020, the Company gave formal notice to the holders of the Debenture Stock with a value of £1.3m, that it intends to fully redeem the outstanding Debenture Stock on 1 May 2020 (the "Redemption Date") in accordance with Clause 5 of the Second Supplemental Trust Deed to the Debenture dated 30 September 1993.

The Debenture Stock will be redeemed at a price of 105.00 per cent of its principal amount, together with any interest accrued to (and including) the Redemption Date.

Accordingly, the listing of the Debenture Stock on the Official List of the FCA and the admission of the Debenture Stock to trading on the Regulated Marked of the London Stock Exchange plc will be cancelled on, or shortly after, 1 May 2020.
