Release of AIM Schedule One

Withdrawal of Shares from AQSE

RentGuarantor (AQSE: RGG) , a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK private rental sector, announces the release of a Schedule One by the London Stock Exchange in respect of its proposed admission to trading on AIM, as first announced on 17 April 2025. This will be available to view on the London Stock Exchange website.  The Company's ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") are expected to commence trading on AIM at 8.00am on 15 August 2025.

Accordingly, the Company announces the proposed withdrawal of its Ordinary Shares from trading on the Apex Segment of the Aquis Stock Exchange ("AQSE") Growth Market with effect from 8.00am on 15 August 2025, in accordance with AQSE Rule 5.3.
