ASX RELEASE 11 MARCH 2014

PERFORMANCE SHARE CANCELLATION

Select Exploration Limited (ASX: SLT) (“ the Company ”) wishes to announce that it has now completed the cancellation of the 50,000,000 Performance Shares previously issued to Indigo Metals Limited (“ Indigo ”).

SLT was granted a waiver by the ASX from ASX Listing Rule 9.7 to the extent necessary to permit the Company to amend the restriction agreement between Indigo and the Company such that 25,000,000 Class A Performance Shares and 25,000,000 Class B Performance Shares may be cancelled for nil consideration. This waiver was conditional upon the Company receiving Shareholder approval for this selective reduction of capital in accordance with section 256C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), a condition which was satisfied on 12 February 2014.
