RENT.COM.AU COMPLETES CAPITAL RAISING

Key Highlights:

• Placement raised approximately $1.5 million at $0.045 per Share (before costs)

• Funds raised to market and launch RentPay, RNT’s flagship “tenancy period” product

• Placement to both existing and new institutional and sophisticated investors

Rent.com.au Limited (ASX: RNT ) (“ Rent.com.au ” or “ the Company ”), is pleased to announce that it has completed the capital raising announced on 9 September 2020. Following receipt of $1,499,999.98 from sophisticated, professional and other exempt investors pursuant to section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), it has issued 33,333,333 new fully paid ordinary shares (“ Shares ”) at an issue price of $0.045 per Share (“ the Placement ”) utilising part of its capacity under ASX Listing Rule 7.1.

An Appendix 2A has been lodged with the ASX today as has a cleansing notice under section 708a(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

“We are very pleased with how smoothly this Placement has been undertaken and look forward to updating both existing and new shareholders on progress of this next phase of the Company’s growth via RentPay,” said Rent.com.au Chief Executive Officer Greg Bader.

Lazarus Corporate Finance Pty Ltd acted as Lead Manager to the Placement.
