Voluntary Suspension Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 Rent.com.au Limited (ASX: RNT ) (“ RENT ” or “ the Company ”) requests a voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities from the commencement of trade on Tuesday 30 April 2019, pending the release of an announcement regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests the voluntary suspension remains in place until the Company makes an announcement to the market in respect of the above, which it anticipates will be on or before Wednesday 1 May 2019.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
