SPP CLARIFICATION STATEMENT

Rent.com.au Limited ( the Company ) wishes to clarify its announcement of 1 May 2018 entitled “Invitation to Participate in Share Purchase Plan”.

The announcement and Share Purchase Plan ( SPP ) offer document specified that in order for shareholders to participate in the SPP, they needed to be registered as shareholders by the Company at 5pm (WST) on Friday, 27 April 2018 ( Record Date ).

The Company seeks to advise shareholders that the correct Record Date should be Monday, 30 April 2018 .

Given the Company was under Trading Halt on Monday, 30 April 2018 it does not anticipate that the change will affect any shareholders, however we apologise for any confusion arising from the change.

For clarity, the SPP timetable is set out below:
