TRADING HALT

The securities of Rent.com.au Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 6 April 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Trading Halt Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.1 Rent.com.au Limited (ASX: RNT) (“the Company”) requests an immediate trading halt of the Company’s securities pending the release of an announcement to market regarding a capital raising.

The Company requests the trading halt until the earlier of commencement of trade on Wednesday 6 April 2016 or upon the provision of an announcement to the ASX by the Company regarding the above.

The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted nor of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
