Voluntary Suspension Request

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 17.2 Rent.com.au Limited (ASX: RNT) (“the Company”) requests the voluntary suspension of the Company’s securities from the commencement of trade on Wednesday, 6 April 2016.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.2, the Company provides the following information in relation to this request:

• The reason for the request is to enable the Company to finalise documentation in respect of a capital raising. The Company is not yet in a position to provide full details to the market;

• The Company requests that the voluntary suspension continue until the provision of an announcement to the ASX by the Company regarding the capital raising. The Company anticipates being able to release the announcement on or before commencement of trade on Thursday 7 April 2016;

• The event that will end the suspension will be the announcement referred to above;

• The Company is not aware of any reason why the voluntary suspension should not be granted; and

• The Company is not aware of any other information necessary to inform the market about the voluntary suspension.
