EXPIRY OF LISTED OPTIONS AND WAIVER OF LISTING RULE 6.24

Rent.com.au Limited (ASX: RNT) (“RENT” or “the Company”) notifies the holders of the Company’s 823,540 listed options (ASX: RNTOA) ($11.67, 30 September 2015) (“Listed Options”) that the Listed Options will expire at 5.00pm (AWST) on 30 September 2015 (“Expiry Date”).

The Company advises that it has been granted a waiver by the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) from Listing Rule 6.24 on the basis that the Listed Options are “out of the money” and the likelihood of holders exercising the Listed Options is remote. Accordingly, an option expiry notice will not be sent to the holders of the Listed Options unless the market price of the Company’s shares exceeds $8.76 prior to 30 September 2015.

The Company sets out below the information required by paragraph 6.1 of Appendix 6A of the ASX Listing Rules:

• The number of Listed Options to which this notice applies is 823,540;

• On exercise each Listed Option entitles the holder to receive one fully paid ordinary share in the Company. If all the Listed Options were exercised, 823,540 fully paid ordinary shares in the Company would be issued.

• The exercise price of each Listed Option is $11.67;

• The due date for payment of the exercise price is 5.00pm WST on 30 September 2015;

• If payment is not received by the expiry date, the Listed Options will expire unexercised and all rights will cease;

• Official quotation of the Listed Options will cease on 23 September 2015, being five business days prior to the Expiry Date;

• The last available market price of the Company’s shares was $0.13 on 4 September 2015;

• The highest market price of the Company’s shares during the three months immediately preceding the date of this letter was $0.24 on 23 June 2015;

• The lowest market price of the Company’s shares during the three months immediately preceding the date of this letter was $0.125 on 31 August 2015, 1 September 2015 and 2 September 2015; and

• The exercise of the Listed Options is not underwritten.
