Settlement of Agreement with Metals of Africa Limited

The Board of Select Exploration Limited (ASX: SLT) (“ Select ” or the “ Company ”) advises shareholders that it has settled an agreement with Metals of Africa Limited (ASX: MTA), previously announced to the ASX on 21 January 2014, in respect of the divestment of a portfolio of non-core assets in Tanzania. Select is to receive 5,000,000 consideration shares in MTA, subject to a 12 month voluntary escrow period, in consideration for this transaction.

The Company advises that MTA retains an option (that expires on 28 February 2014) to commit to a Joint Venture with SLT, in relation to three mineral exploration projects identified by the Company in Gabon.
